Bader has worked as an Imagineering for Walt Disney as part of the Project Management Team in Orlando in Pandora- The World of Avatar.

He was one of only 5 members of his graduate class of 60+ who were nominated for the New South Wales Architecture Graduates Medal in Australia.

He worked in & designed what is called PROJECT PHOENIX: THE KUWAIT SPACE CENTRE (March Thesis), in his university of NewCastle.

Bader is a great athlete and very adventurous, his curiosity towards space led him to research and dig further in that matter; he has always asked himself:” How can I better my life and others too?”. For Bader what you study at university does not define who you are. He wants to go through astronaut training in order to prove that he has what it takes to become an astronaut. Succeeding will give him confidence in his abilities and his ambition to pursue his dream of becoming an astronaut.
